A donation was made in memory of Booger by

We adopted Booger in the summer of 2022 when he was about ten years old. I have a tradition where I adopt an elderly dog from the shelter. We know that we won't have them long, but make sure that the time we have them is happy. Booger was adopted with a known heart murmur. He was also losing his vision and hearing due to old age. In the short time we had him, we discovered that although he was a small, old man. He had a large personality. One of the things he did that we have never seen before was when he was eating. He would take one piece of dog food out of the bowl and put it on the ground. He would then kick it across the floor and chase it down to "hunt" his food. once he successfully hunted that pesky food, he would eat the rest out of the dog bowl normally. He was also a snuggler through and through and would love anyone who allowed him to sit on their laps. Booger was definitely one of a kind and will always be a cherished member of our family.
