Cozy came into my life about 14 years ago after losing 2 other pets close together. She did not like to cuddle but adjusted to being an only dog. She was diagnosed with Cushing's disease a couple of years ago so the last couple of years was keeping her as comfortable as possible. I had to put her down the day before my bypass surgery. Shilo was so caring and made this easier for all of us. There is a part missing now but she never had to stay outside or sleep on the floor after coming to me.
