Tucker came to me from a rescue organization, where I adopted him when he was 9 months old. I wasn't necessarily looking to adopt a dog that day, but he won me over instantly. His sweet, gentle, loving nature, along with his big brown eyes and round little "wiggle butt" won my heart immediately. He became my best companion, coming with me everywhere. I was lucky enough to have a job that allowed me to bring him to work with me most days. We took many trips to the dog parks, discovered walking trails in our area, went on mountain hikes, chased squirrels, or just cuddled together on the couch. He had this way of greeting people at the door, where he would wag his nub tail so hard that his whole body would turn into a U shape... I called this greeting the "macaroni." He would tuck his butt before running really fast and push off with both back feet, earning him the nickname "Bunny." He brought SO much joy to my life, and to all those who knew him.

He remained by my side for over 12 years, passing away a few weeks before his 13th birthday. Tucker Bunny, you will forever remain in my heart. You touched my soul with a love so pure, that you truly were my angel.
