We adopted Kaya from a shelter in Spokane while we were both second year vet students. For the next 15 years she and her sister, Lily, went everywhere with us. She loved hiking, lounging in the sun and cuddling with Lily. She had the sweetest, most gentle soul. Our daughter Jocelyn was born 7 months before Kaya passed and she loved Kaya best of all. She is missed very much.
