Bella

A donation was made in memory of Bella by Dr. Rice, Janik, Zwanziger and staff at Enterprise Animal Hospital on Nov 13, 2017.

We got Bella as a 7 week-old, rough and tumble ball of black fur. Small but mighty. She’d play fetch from dawn until dusk if WE had the energy. Swimming was her favorite thing though. She’d bring back whatever you threw out into the water and stare you down until you threw it back out. When she was two, she had a surgery to put an artificial ligament in her knee which unfortunately didn’t work and due to her inability to use her leg, we made the difficult choice to have it amputated. She was so strong, it didn’t hold her back. It was harder for her to do things but she didn’t give up! On Oct 11th of this year, we came home from hunting and found our beloved Bella dead. No idea how she died, we can only speculate. We will always miss her beautiful, delicate face, her loving personality, her ability to make us smile just by the vigorous wagging of her tail. RIP sweet Bella, we will see you again in the light.
