Maple, a yellow lab, was found alongside the road on July 5th at only a few months of age. Tony & Brenda Veiga brought her home and she quickly became our puppy. She grew up on a dairy farm and loved every single bit of what it offered. As she grew up, she had to learn to jump inside the bed of a truck in order to experience the farm. She learned quickly as she went on the "ride or run program”. Morning time was for pets and loves before heading to the farm for all kinds of adventures. While she loved riding in the back of the truck, she also loved licking cows’ noses, sneaking in the cab of the truck, taking naps with the kitties, digging holes in the vineyard and the bark, snoring, going into the stores in town to get treats, getting belly rubs, taking semi rides, making other dog friends, and swimming in the canal! She would usually "talk" to Jason or a family member first thing in the morning and let us know what she needed. Morning conversation was fun with Maple! She brought so much love to our family for 9 years. We are grateful that we got to spend so much time with an amazing companion. Maple, you were the BEST and we love you forever!
