Koa - April 2001 - March 2013
Koa was a wonderful and challenging furry kid. He was our first pound puppy. As he got older his nickname became "Mr. Chubs". After we moved into our house he became the ultimate yard ornament, although he did like to fetch now and then. He also liked his walks. He knew the word "walk" for his ears would perk up. One day I bought a small cast iron pig and placed it in front of the fireplace, he observed it and then went to his customary spot in the living room and plopped down. He is missed!
