My precious Skilah was my dog, my best friend, my constant companion.
She seemed to think I saved her life. The reality is she saved mine; maybe not my physical life, but my spirit, my soul, the life that puts the smile and the warmth in my heart. She truly taught me to be patient with life, live simply, breathe and just be. I am forever honored and blessed to have been her companion from her beginning to end.
Skilah will continue to walk by my side and her paw prints are forever on my heart.
