A donation was made in memory of Rex by
Doctors and Staff of the Crestwood Animal Hospital on
Apr 01, 2009.
Rex came to us as a stray that had been left for dead. Shortly after his arrival, he began to live up to his name as a king. He loved to talk to us when it was walk time and had a daily routine that had to be followed. He loved to go on camping trips, he visited Yellowstone twice. He was a very happy, lovable dog and expected everybody to love him.
He suffered from allergies most of his life; he once got stung by a bee on the ear and it swelled up like a balloon. He had a very wonderful doctor and staff that made him better. He developed a very aggressive cancer that took his life way too soon.
Rex gave us 10 wonderful years of joy and happiness, and will always be in our hearts. We miss him and will always remember our Rex E. Doodle
