Sweet Boy. After 14 years of purring on my chest, pushing open squeaky doors, wandering the house yowling, zoomies, eating your crunchy food, playing with your most annoying toys at 2am, and generally wreaking havoc - the silence is deafening. My feet are cold and my room is darker and scarier at night without you there keeping watch. I’d give anything for a lifetime with you, but I guess I had to settle for 14 years. 14 years of unconditional love and undeserved adoration. 14 years too few. I love you. I miss you.
