This is a picture of our dear sweet Olive just a few weeks before her death. She had eaten some used pantie liners. She had surgery and afterwards slowly her health declined. The 3 wonderful doctors and staff at Chuckanut Valley Veterinary Clinic tried to help Olive, but she just couldn't get better. 6 weeks after her surgery I had to help Olive make her trip to Heaven. It was very hard for me to let her go, as I just didn't have enough time with her, she was only 11/2 years old.
She came into our lives a an 8 week old puppy, scared of people and incontinent, but full of love for us and filled our home with happiness. I often think that we were chosen to care for her. Olive will remain in our hearts and memories until we meet with her when we make our journey to Heaven.
