Mulligan Moseley

In Memoriam, July 2015

Mulligan was a familiar sight around the office and Pioneer Square neighborhood and served as Cocker Fennessy's Director of Leisure Services.

Known for his quiet and deliberate ways, clients had come to expect Mulligan's presence sleeping under conference room tables or snoring on conference calls. An experienced beggar, Mully would skillfully shift focus from intense policy debates to providing him with duck treats and belly rubs.

Experience:

-Shedding, yodeling and snoring

-Consulting with clients on head pats and back scratches

-Somber demeanor, poker face and the ability to keep a secret

Background:

-Born in California and retired from the professional dog show circuit in 2005

-Director of leisure services with Cocker Fennessy since 2005

-Model for 2009 Pioneer Square neighborhood poster

Mulligan will be forever loved and missed! He is survived by his brother from another mother -- Truman -- a fine fellow furball.

Comments: I never got a chance to meet Mulligan -- something I had wanted to do for years. Now alas it is too late. But I have enjoyed him through pictures. Alison
