Our dog Freckles was 17 when she went to doggie heaven. We got her when she was 6 weeks old and she was the best dog in the world. Five years ago she developed diabetes and got two shots a day, then she went blind and deaf and had kidney trouble. But talk about spirit, even deaf and blind she would make a walk around our 3 acres each day just sniffing the air and enjoying what she could. It was a hard decision to let her go but in the end we wanted her to be pain free and get her dignity back. We love you and miss you dearly Freckles. We hope you went over the Rainbow Bridge and can see and hear now and are playing like a young pup. You will never be forgotten.
