Peanut was a special cat, was 15 years old. He was a cat and dog in one. He protected us from the raccoons by growling fiercely through the back door. I remember once when we were gardening in the backyard and Peanut jumped up by the pond. The pond tiles were slippery and he slipped into the pond. He quickly leapt out of the pond and ran inside. He was a patient and easy going cat and allowed two little girls to love him for 10 years. He will be greatly missed.
