We adopted Tucker in August of 2014 from the Everett Animal Shelter. He had been surrendered less that 24 hours prior and his name was Trucker and they thought he was 5ish years old. We decided since he was moving to the city, we would change Trucker to Tucker. He was a very large and very serious dog, but we soon realized he was an absolute sweetheart and wanted nothing more than to be near us at all times and to protect us. He was such a gentleman and really just the kindest soul. We were lucky enough to have had him 8 years, but it's never long enough. Tucker passed at home on July 12, 2022. Tucker had a younger dog "sister" Lola and an older cat "sister" Ling Ling and they are missing him as much as we are.
