We adopted Molly 13 yrs ago from our local humane society. I drove to the home of a volunteer foster mommy and chose Molly. Her original name was Missy. We changed the name to Molly because my nickname is missy. Sweet providence. She was a beautiful tortoiseshell. She attached herself to me. My lap buddy and best friend. She loved leaning her head up at your hand when you petted her. Her favorite toy was a small stuffed raccoon, who we called coon. She had a sweet meow. Slept with us in bed next to me. At night she would sit and stare at my husband letting us know it was bedtime. She loved playing with Qtips, another favorite toy. Her little brother is Pip. He is our outside kitty and she would announce when he was at the slider and wanted in. She was the best most amazing addition to our family. We miss her so much. We will love her forever and are better people for knowing her. I could talk about her all day but I know I need to end here.
