My teachers husband works at a wildlife place, and the cat had given birth to a bunch of kittens and we decided some barn cats would be nice. so we said will take a two. Once we got them they burrowed into our hearts. it had only been a couple of months with Chester but it felt like he had bean mine to play with and show off since forever. I was coming home from lacrosse practice, we turned into our house and my dad swerved around something. My brothers friend was over and my mom insisted I come with her to drop him off I said OK fine then when we got home after dinner, all there was, was bad news. My parents told me Chester had been hit by car. I immediately started crying and wanted to just run out of the house, away back to Chester and his brother Ebony. My adorable kitten was no longer with us. This is the part that breaks my heart more though. His brother Ebony was literally depressed, he would lie around and lay there, he would also look for Chester, he had sad eyes ever since. Now he’s gotten over him... a little but he’s a happy kitty and loves to cuddle. We give him and will continue to give him all of our love ☁️💕
