I was volunteering at a local animal shelter when I first met Tux. She was the runt of a large litter, but had no problem climbing over her littermates to reach my hand. I was adopted. She was my morning workout companion and shared my love of reading. Well, she liked to chew on the book while I was reading. I miss her chatter and her snuggles. She gave me 16 years of happiness and comfort. She departed this life, but remains in my heart and my memories. Rest in peace my little girl.
