Wilbert wore a WSU collar all of his life. Our two daughters graduated from WSU. He was proud to be a Cougar! He lived for 15 1/2 years. Our family was blessed to have our boy as a part of our life. He was always loving, fun, protective, and loyal! He had so many hobbies. He loved to chase balls, swim at our summer house in Point Roberts, and play with his buddy Brewster. (We got Brewster, another golden, after our Sophie, another golden, had passed and Wilbert was going through depression). Wilbert loved his family and friends. Our hearts were broken when he left us. He has left our life, but he will never leave our hearts! We take great pride sharing our beloved Wilbert. Thank you Lower Columbia Vet Clinic for honoring our love story of Wilbert!
