My beloved puppy Humphrey died on July 29, 2015. He was almost 10 months old. Humphrey was a wonderful, smart, funny and very faithful companion to me and my cat, Ramsey. Life will not be the same without Humphrey. I miss his nudges in the morning to wake me up, his nudges for treats and his paw slaps when he was excited. I miss his nudges to go for a walk and to ride in the car. I miss everything about him. He was growing up to be a magnificent dog and I thought he would be with me until he was old and gray. I could fill up page after page with stories about Humphrey and the things I love and will remember most about him. I named Humphrey in honor of my German Shepherd named Bogart who died in January 2002. Bogart is now looking after Humphrey in heaven.
