My Bijou Kitty Girl was my eldest fuzzy daughter She was a steady loving companion for 15 years & enriched our family with so much love, grace, pleasure & kindness I would always feel just fine being home alone while my husband & son were out & about- what I realized after she passed away is that I was never home alone- I always had my kitty girls with me. I truly feel that Bijou was my Kitty Teacher & Emotional Processor- she would lay on top of my heart every day, usually at nighttime & purr so deeply & contently- any stress would melt away. I think we humans can have the privileged thought we are the most intelligent & humane in the animal kingdom- when it comes to love, compassion & emotional intelligence I experienced we are equals in this life
