Beemer - 8/20/2016 - Beemer found his way to us via a friend at just 5 or 6 weeks old. He was born in Spartanburg, SC. He traveled the country from coast-to-coast as we moved around and had a personality as big as the sky above it. Beem always had a great willingness to adjust--even while battling thyroid, blood pressure and kidney disease in his later years. Eventually, his eyesight failed him and he slowed slightly, but he still was able to find a spot of sun to catch a cat nap or find a family member willing to give him his favorite Haagen-Dazs ice cream.

We will always be grateful to the wonderful folks at VCA Issaquah. Dr. Vanosdoll and Cassandra were always there to help him on his frequent visits to monitor his conditions and give him a nice hug and a kind word. Beemer is greatly missed.

Please check your pets monthly from the nose to the tail for anything unusual and insist on blood pressure readings at your annual pet check-ups.
