Peaches was our beautiful, large standard apricot poodle. We raised her from 8 weeks and by two years she began serving as a hospital therapy dog at UCLA Hospital, Westwood. She starred in their commercial while skillfully leaping onto a patient's hospital bed. She was the cover on a poodle calendar and had her own collectible "baseball" cards. She was our gentle, loving family member. Quite suddenly, however, she was struggling from a poisonous insect bite (from where?!!) which developed into a terminal white blood cell disease. Peach was almost ten years old: still young with lots of heart, loyalty, patience and grace. We definitely miss our best friend. Love you!
