Paloma

A donation was made in memory of Paloma by the doctors and staff at Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital on Mar 13, 2018.

I was doing cat rescue/adoption work for an organization when a group of foster kittens was brought in. One kitten had unusual facial markings that the adoption coordinator said "makes her look like a werewolf". I saw her as adorable and offered to foster her for a night. My 2 year old tuxedo cat, Xavier, took a liking to her and then snatched her off my lap for a cleaning/love session. They would remain best friends until her passing. She now had a home and a new name, Paloma. We both miss her so much. She definitely had that stubborn "Tortie-tude". I called her my "Brick Wall" since she would not budge when blocking a hall or doorway. Paloma was very loving and the sweetest cat ever. Thank you Chambers Creek Veterinary for all the care you gave my Paloma.
