La Boeuf (aka Nugget, Nuggy and many other nicknames) was the kindest cat. I rescued him from a barn in WA and brought him home to raise as a safe, beloved, indoor cat. He immediately welcomed any new rescued cat/kitten by rushing to lick them. He never once bit, scratched or hissed at any animal or any person; he was pure love. He carried me through all of my own life's challenges and pain with unconditional love and constant companionship. It is almost unbearable to believe that his mission is over; he is so deeply missed and will be remembered always. I love you monkey-man, I'll see you again one day.
