Shelby entered our lives in August 2012. She was one years old and a rescue from a shelter, after recently having puppies in a foster home. Shelby was our first "baby" while my wife and I navigated life together. Shelby was the sweetest girl from the beginning, and loved to go on walks. She was the best big sister when our two boys entered our lives. Her favorite pastime these last few years was giving snuggles to everyone she could. She passed away, surrounded by family in October 2025 at the age of 14. She lived a full and great life and we will miss our Shelby every day, but will cherish the memories and time we got with her.
