Anikin was about 6 months old when I adopted him and his brother Obi Wan. Anikin started to get sick on our trip moving from San Diego to Spokane. He was fine for a few months. He had just turned 2 years old. Then one day he started to sneeze blood. I took him to the vet and was put on antibiotics. He was getting a little better. The vet had him on antibiotics for a long time. Then I decided to change to a vet that was closer by. I told them some of my concerns and they did some blood work. They also started him on some antibiotics. They said that we could get some tests done to see what was wrong. By this time Anikin was losing his appetite. I had to feed him with a spoon. We went into the vets on a Friday and they did some tests. We were able to bring him home that day. Over the weekend he was just getting very uncomfortable. By Sunday he was crying out in pain. We drove him to the emergency vet. But before we got there he had passed away.
