Putt Putt was my guardian angel and my soulmate in a cat's body. He came to me when I was 21 as a kitten and we bonded from the very first moment we met. I had only had him for a month when I became homeless. He stayed loyally by my side all through my 20s. On the darkest nights and most painful and frightening moments of my life he was there. We shared a love so deep. He was my first experience of unconditional love in my life. He showed me the true meaning of companionship. There wasn't a thing in this world we wouldn't do for each other through all those hard times. We shared a telepathic connection and he could look straight into my soul with his eyes. What I always saw looking back at me was always so human. There was such an incredible presence and sense of knowing in his stare. He saved my life and helped keep my inner light alive and I am so thankful to him for being the best friend I have ever had and for all the love we shared. He delivered me away from those times to where I am now. I am going to school now to become a paramedic. I have a daughter now who loved him with all her heart too and we have a warm beautiful safe home. I owe so much of it to him. He kept me going. I will always forever love and cherish him. He will always be in my heart. He had such an incredible spirit and I miss him so much and still can hardly believe he is gone. I love you forever and always Putt Putt. Our souls are one and our love is eternal. Thank you.
