Ziggy

A donation was made in memory of Ziggy by the doctors and staff at Chambers Creek Veterinary Hospital on Oct 18, 2016.

I got Ziggy as a baby from a friend with allergies. He was the softest and cutest kitten with the longest white whiskers ever. A sweet boy, he loved boxes, step brother, my Siamese cat who recently passed earlier this year). Ziggy also loved sleeping on the bed, waking you up drilling his nose in your ear, tickling your face with his whiskers, putting his paw in your mouth, and of course being a stubborn tuxedo who usually got his way. But mostly he loved being a little fuzzy garage helper. Ziggy was very good at hindering progress in the garage. Getting in the trunk, jumping on your chest or shoulders, walking the tops of the seats, the car roof, balancing on the window ledges and making his way into the engine compartment were some of his specialties. Ziggy loved all people; but especially those with cars. Ziggy religously met me in the driveway almost every night after work, exiting via the garage once the door went up, only to walk 30 feet, jump in my driver's door, and sit on my lap for a very short ride back inside. Everyone's little garage buddy will be missed and loved forever. The garage keychain says Ziggy's garage and it always will. They are all special and unique in their own ways; Ziggy was no exception.
