Penny
A donation was made in memory of Penny by Doctors and Staff of the VCA Redmond Animal Hospital on Sep 21, 2010.
Penny came to us from MEOW Cat Rescue in the spring of 2005. I saw her, read about her short life expectancy, and took her in.
MEOW didn't even charge me an adoption fee.
Penny was a year old when we met and was given 1-3 years because of her enlarged heart - complete with a hole.
I am pleased to say that Penny was 6 years and 3 months when she died.
She was tiny and bossy and fearless and loved a good rumble.
She had shiny yellow eyes, a pointy white chin, and would steal bread at every available opportunity.
Penny was loved to an amazing degree and she left a gaping hole.
We will always miss her.
