Fez was the first Horse I ever owned. At the age of 49, I decided I would move to the country and buy a horse. Knowing nothing about horses, I ended up with a “broken” horse that would not have been purchased by an individual with horse knowledge. Many have said that Fez lived a horse’s version of a “resort life” with me because a horse that could not be ridden wouldn’t have received that level of care and attention. However, the truly fortunate one was me. Fez taught me so much about learning to trust, developing confidence, and above all appreciating how noble and loving these magnificent animals can be. I am the lucky one to have had my dear friend, Fez, in my life 💕. I will miss him dearly.
