We suddenly had to say goodbye to the best puppy boy that ever lived. Over the last 12 years Osiris was the one constant that made me feel better no matter what was going on. He was more than just my loved dog. Osi gave me courage to go anywhere and do anything with him by my side because I knew I’d be safe. He was my adventure buddy, my bodyguard, my shoulder to cry on, my endless source of laughs, my security blanket, my snuggle partner, my kid. His personality was larger than life and he left his mark on so many lives. Osi was his veterinarian’s favorite dog, my office’s dog, and everyone that met him said how special he was. He and his son Ruckus taught themselves how to ride down the little river rapids behind my brother’s house. He and my stepdad helped chase down a criminal that was running from the police. Osi used to bodysurf the waves at the beach in Florida, climb mountain trails with me in Washington and cuddle as much as he could in between his adventures. One time my mom was watching him, and she called because he was cuddling her so hard she couldn’t get up. He definitely made our home a happy one. To say this sweet boy will be missed is an understatement. A big piece of my heart is gone with him.
