May I introduce Miss Iris. She also has several aliases: Miss Bougie, Love Muffin, Skeez, & Twinkie (these are just a few of the many names).

Iris & I found each other about 14 years ago at a pet adoption day at the Bellevue animal shelter. She was a foster cat from PAWS (a wonderful organization). Iris was about 8-10 weeks ago at the time. It was love at first sight.

You couldn't have asked for a better cat. She had the sweetest disposition & in the whole time we spent with each other she never once bit or scratched me. Iris was clean, meaning she always took care of herself with numerous washings during the day. This paid off because she had the most luxurious thick, soft fur.

Unfortunately, at 7 years old Iris was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney. With the guidance of Sumner Veterinary Hospital (amazing clinic) we did everything possible to ensure Iris stayed as healthy as possible for as long as possible. Iris was a trooper! She far surpassed everyone's expectations & passed away just a week before her 14th birthday.

I miss her terribly because she was my best friend & soul mate. I love you, Iris.
