Simon was my furry soul mate, that I rescued. He was living in the bushes, always dumpster diving at a retirement home where I cared for my ailing aunt. I brought him albacore tuna often, until I could finally coax him into coming home with me. We were best buddies ever since...for almost ten years. Then he fell ill with diabetes and I lost him to that terrible disease in January 2016. My heart will always be broken for my Simon.
