Spike
A donation was made in memory of Spike by the doctors and staff at Northwest Veterinary Hospital on Oct 21, 2022.
Early on the morning of October 4th, 2022, Spike crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He woke us around 1:30am and asked for his favorite bed to be put on the couch. We helped him into his bed and he settled in and let out a big exhale, then went to sleep one last time. It happened so fast. He didn’t show any fear or pain. He just closed his eyes and let go.
He’ll always be our sweet little boy. He led a life full of love and adventure and kindness and craziness, and above all, the pursuit of treats. He was our best friend, our son, and a dedicated service animal.
Spike, we love you so much and we already miss you dearly. You’re the goodest boy.
