Finnegan was a West Highland terrier who shared a home with his parents Will and Diane for 17 1/2 years. His was a life well lived. In his early years, with the energy of an adolescent, he loved to run and compete in races. He had no trouble completing and winning 5K races against much larger dogs. He then transitioned to becoming a certified therapy dog and spent countless hours with Diane visiting residents in nursing homes and long term care facilities. Finnegan never met a person or animal that he didn't want to be friends with. He seemed to innately know what someone needed. From a contented snuggle and rub, a listening ear or a high energy play session, Finn was always there. Although his absence has left a huge hole in our hearts, our fond memories will hold us until we meet again.
