We adopted Frannie from the Seattle Animal Shelter in 2016, where she had been recused from a hoarding situation and been adopted out once and returned. She was shy at first, but quickly became comfortable in her new home and soon became a fixture cuddling in our laps every evening. She loved sunbathing in the windows and playing with feather wands and kick toys. She was sweet and sociable, loving and mellow and even could be a bit sassy on occasion, which was one of the many reasons we loved her. Although her time with us was relatively short due to cancer, we will miss her for a lifetime.
