Our sweet yellow lab, Goldy, passed away April 11, 2015. Goldy LOVED life. She loved people—everyone she met. She loved playing, especially fetch. She loved leaping at balls and Frisbees. (She was even willing to love our cats, but they had other ideas, so she just kept her distance--definitely a lover and not a fighter!) She knew that everyone was her friend, every visitor to the house was there to see her—she won everyone over, of course!—who could resist all that energy and affection? She thought going to the Vet’s was the best thing ever--it meant she would see all her wonderful friends at Elliott Bay Animal Hospital. They were SO good to her, always greeted her by name and showered her with attention and I can’t thank every one of them enough for all the wonderful care and love they gave her over the years. We were so fortunate to have this wonderful, loving dog in our lives. Good-bye Goldy-Girl. We love you.
