A donation was made in memory of Fry by
the doctors and staff at Green Lake Animal Hospital on
Oct 15, 2020.
Fry was adopted on August 21, 2007 from King County Animal Control after having been found running in traffic in Renton, WA. He was approximately 7 months old Border Collie who had clearly previously had a loving home who taught him a range of tricks. Fry spent most of his 13.5 years in Seattle, with extended summer and winter vacations spent playing in the fields of the Palouse at Grandma’s country home. He was a daily dog park visitor, mountain climber, agility school drop-out, and natural herder.
Fry brought joy and enthusiasm to everything he did and to people wide and far. He was the sort of dog who strangers asked to hug - and he always gleefully obliged. He woke up everyday optimistic until his last. We said goodbye Oct 12, 2020 after a long battle with kidney disease. We say goodbye only for a little while, until we meet again sweet Fry.
