As I write this today 4-16-20 would have been our little Duncan’s 12th birthday. Duncan crosses the rainbow bridge 3-18-20 at WSU from hemangiosarcoma . Who was to know that such a rambunctious dog one day could decline so rapidly the next day? We rescued Duncan from a puppy mill in Spokane back in 2008 thank God . He was very frail but before too long we had him bouncing around the yard with our 2 yr old grandson Riley. Everyone knew Duncan in the neighborhood and I have been told by many they miss seeing him on the back of our couch as they drive by the house . Duncan loved chasing squirrels and they continued to taunt him - eventually he had to have cruciate ligament surgery just 10 days prior to his death . We miss you every moment little buddy. Ryder and Memphis miss playing ball & mouse with you . Many thanks to the staff & Dr . B’ey for the kind & compassionate care you gave Duncan during his brief stay with you .
