Mingus was the greatest cat I ever had. She was so loving and sweet and acted like everyone she met was her best friend. I liked to joke and call the her ‘Mayor’ because of this My heart is broken that she is gone. I miss her biting my nose in the morning if I overslept, sitting and watching me play the piano everyday, greeting me at the door with love , and sleeping with me long enough until I fell asleep and she would go to her tree. I feel so honored to have had such a wonderful friend in my life for 18 years I hope she is happy in heaven with other friends and lots of tuna and pets.
