A donation was made in memory of Molly by
The Doctors and Staff of the Ewing Animal Hospital on
Apr 24, 2009.
Molly was 9 1/2 when she died, she was with us since we adopted her on 7/03/2005. Everyone called her chunky and sometimes fat, even the vet called her chunky. Then one day her belly got huge and she could not sit without hurting.
She collapsed and could not get up. We tried to get her in the car. Since she loved car rides, her tail started thumping but she could not jump up so we picked her up, put her in the car and drove to Ewing Animal Hospital. The doctor saw her and he knew it was not bloat.
The vet did an ultrasound and found out it was a tumor that had erupted. If they did surgery she might have had a couple good weeks at most but I did not want her to suffer so we put her down that night. I miss her all the time and cry when I think about her, even the cats miss her. But I know that she is not suffering and she is with other dogs in heaven.
