Murphy came to us as a rescue at 5 years of age. We enjoyed his company for the next 10 years. He was a happy, easy going fellow, but very full of himself. He knew what great guy he was. Even in the last couple of years of his life, when he was facing health challenges, he knew what he wanted and he wasn't to shy to ask for it. Mealtime was one of the highlights of his day and he barked with gusto until he got it. He was always at my side and there is too much empty space around me now that he is not here.
